Given that event management system needs to carry a variety of functions, only the featured functions catering to client pain points are demonstrated below.
Speaker/Non-speaker management
Increased data consistency across systems
If user wants to create a speaker, user needs to first search for this HCP in client database. If this HCP is already maintained by database, user needs to upgrade it as a speaker and fill in additional information required for speakers instead of directly creating the profile from scratch. This keeps information of the same HCP consistent across different systems and thus helping producing more insight.
Data duplicates detection by automatic checking
Currently, user always create multiple records for the same speaker (healthcare professional) with slightly different information (hospital name, address, etc.) In future solution, system will automatically detect name duplicates upon speaker creation.
Event management
Increased mobility
The mobile-end design increases user’s mobility and supports users to apply or process the event from anywhere.
Synchronized process for large and small events
User can use the same platform to apply for both large and small events, with all steps required for both categories included in the application process.
Event traceability
Event applicant can track the progress of this event for better control of the process.
Logistics management
Previously, if user applies for a large event, he/she would need to log in another logistics platform for logistics booking. In the future, user can directly apply for logistics on the same platform.
Event Execution
Event tools send back the attendee sign-in data, e-contract, event photos and other materials of online and offline events as supporting materials, user must confirm these material before raising speaker payment request
